We welcomed Amy to Seetec in 2022. She brought with her extensive valuable experience, influence and knowledge – and perhaps most importantly, professional and personal values that directly align with Seetec’s.
Amy’s career to date has been spent immersed in roles that seek to achieve positive change for both individuals and communities.
She had previously been CEO for a large multi-academy trust, spent 20 years in criminal justice, including as Director of Commissioning in the Ministry of Justice, and as a Governor and Regional Director of prisons for His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service.
Amy believes education is the key to a rewarding life and a functioning society so alongside her criminal justice work, she also worked as a non-executive board member for Northumbria University.
As Executive Director of Communities and Education for Seetec in the UK, Amy’s the aspirational leader of an army of Seetec colleagues who, like her, work tirelessly to offer meaningful opportunities that respond to local need, empowering people to overcome barriers and enjoy more fulfilling lives.
Above all, Amy values fairness and human dignity.
