Micaela joined Seetec in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience from an impactful early career in probation.
Today, she works as a learning and development consultant, specialising in supporting frontline practitioners to enhance their knowledge and skills, making them more effective in their vital criminal justice roles.
Micaela takes great pride in being part of a network that empowers positive change, helping individuals lead law-abiding lives and contribute to our communities.
Alongside her core job role, Micaela has been selected by her colleagues as our employee trustee director.
In this position, she’s entrusted to bring the vital perspectives of her fellow employee-owners into senior decision-making.
She is dedicated to ensuring our employee-owners’ priorities and voice are woven into the very fabric of Seetec.
As employee trustee director, Micaela is an active member of both the Employee Ownership Trust Board —representing the majority shares on behalf of all Seetec colleagues — and the Group Executive Board, which oversees the operational and strategic direction of the organisation.
Fuelled by an inexhaustible passion and pride for the wide-ranging impact of Seetec’s work on the people and communities we serve, Micaela has been closely involved in our employee ownership networks since we were in our employee ownership infancy.
She served as a member of our employee council for several years, before stepping up to her current director position.
Micaela is now best known throughout the organisation for her deep appreciation of the value of the diverse colleague expertise that shapes Seetec as we progress our organisational goals.
