If you are facing barriers to work and would like a helping hand, our Work and Health Programme – Pioneer will support you to find the right job and reach your true potential.
We work with you to:
- Find the right job for you and your personal circumstances
- Explore your strengths, aspirations and support needs
- Develop your confidence, skills and qualifications
- Introduce you to positive and open-minded employers
- Explore self-employment as a possible option
Our WorkFit team can also offer 1:1 support if your physical or mental health is affecting you at work.
Don’t worry if you don’t feel ready for work when we first meet. It’s our job to help you get ready in a way that works for you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Whilst this programme continues to support people who have already enrolled, we are no longer taking on new participants.
However, Seetec offers a variety of alternative programmes which may suit your needs.
We also offer in-work support for both you and your employer – including advice and funding towards workplace adjustments.
