Penny Levack is Seetec’s Group Executive Director for Strategy and Transformation.

Ann-Marie Conway is the driving force behind Seetec’s employee ownership strategy as the Associate Director of Employee Ownership. She’s been with Seetec since 1999, starting out as the head of HR, and has a key part of the team that has transformed it from a small regional business into a large, employee-owned organisation.

Karl Milne became Executive Director for Seetec Ireland in January 2020 and has led our organisation through Covid to become the largest provider of public employment services in Ireland.

Muriel’s career in finance spans public service and the private sector with a focus on unlocking growth for organisations and communities.
