Our Seetec employee owners are committed to our communities.
Every colleague is encouraged to spend two paid days per year volunteering for the benefit of good causes that matter to them.
We advocate volunteering to the people we support so it makes perfect sense that we should also practice what we preach.
From cleaning up beaches, canal paths, parks and woodland, to lending a hand in food banks, dog walking, youth services, community hubs, befriending, gardening at children’s hospices and much more… our colleagues approach this important social value work with characteristic Seetec gusto.

Adding value in our communities feels special for our teams.
Turning a hand to new tasks, getting to know each other away from our desks or laptops, meeting outstanding people doing important work in our own communities – and sometimes even getting to enjoy some fresh air in the process- helps us to stay well and connected.
After a recent volunteering day with our friends at Little Harbour Children’s Hospice in Cornwall, part of CHSW, Maintenance Supervisor Dan said “Seetec are welcome back anytime, they are all such hard workers and a really great bunch of people.”
