Getting great candidates with a wealth of talent, skills and enthusiasm

Seetec offers a tailored, end-to-end recruitment service with a difference.

We’ll get to know your business and take away the hard work and hassle of recruitment.

We can also help you upskill your employees to create your workforce for the future.

In 2020, Seetec underwent a significant transformation by becoming one of the largest employee-owned public service providers in the UK and Ireland.

As employee-owners, we take pride in our business and are fully invested in the success of the people we work with.

Our recruitment service gives your business access to a pool of job seekers who are eager to progress within your business.

Our service includes:

  • Understanding your business – Our advisers will work with you to identify your recruitment needs.
  • Finding suitable candidates – We will source applicants that are pre-screened, trained and ready to work.
  • Arranging recruitment days – We can sift CVs, co-ordinate candidates for interview and arrange work trials or routeways.
  • Company-specific training packages – We will upskill candidates to match your business needs. This can also include industry licences or qualifications such as CSCS, SIA, forklift etc.
  • Advice on workplace health and wellbeing – from wellbeing initiatives to advice on Disability Confident, reasonable adjustments and a rapid response helpline.

  • Professional development and training – for your existing employees.
  • Apprenticeships – to help you bridge any gaps and upskill your workforce. We can also offer advice on the apprenticeship levy.

Seetec’s purpose is to help local people, businesses and communities achieve sustained and purposeful growth.

Because we specialise in supporting unemployed people back into work, we are fully funded by central government – which means there is no cost to you, the employer, at all.

By working with us, not only will you attract excellent candidates who are trained and ready to work, you’ll also be making a huge difference to the lives of unemployed people within your local community.

Seetec‘s values are uppermost in every decision we make, we live them in everything we do.

Supporting your new employees

Our service doesn’t just stop once your vacancies are filled.

We want your new employee to reach their full potential, so we provide ongoing support to smooth out any difficulties in the first few weeks and ensure your employee progresses in work.

We provide:

  • Regular review meetings to ensure any worries are resolved.
  • Funding to help settle your new employee into their role – for example, workwear and first months travel to work.
  • Disability, mental health and neuro-diversity training for your teams (where required).
  • Access to financial support for any specialist equipment or adaptations needed by your employee due to health or disability.
  • We can also advise on workplace health and wellbeing for your entire workforce.

Adjustments don’t have to be expensive or time consuming. They can be as simple as providing a mentor, offering flexible working hours, providing information in an alternative format or making changes to office layout.
