What this service can offer you
WorkFit is a specialist In Work intervention Support Service provided by dedicated, highly trained Coaches who specialise in holistically Supporting participants to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
WorkFit Coaches work on a 1 to 1 basis offering up to an hour call (each call) to break down barriers, build confidence, provide a deeper level of support tailored to the individual and work alongside employee and employer (if required) to ensure and support a thriving environment within work.
WorkFit is also suitable for participants who have previously fallen out of work and are deemed high risk leavers.
