How it works

Who can take this apprenticeship?
Employees working in credit control, finance, customer accounts, shared service centres, or collections roles.

I’m an employer. How do I learn more?
Our employer onboarding team will guide you through funding, enrolment, and scheduling. We match start dates to your operational needs.

How long does the programme last?
15 months, completed alongside full-time employment.

How do I know what funding is available to my business?
Our team can do a free levy review with you to assess your spend, if you are a levy paying employer, or advise you on available funding if you have a small business. Does the course have prerequisites?
No prior finance experience is required.

Is tutor support available?
Yes. Learners receive structured teaching, regular reviews, and support throughout.
