Through the Level 3 International Freight Forwarding Specialist apprenticeship, Darsh has gained valuable industry knowledge, strengthened his communication and problem-solving skills, and grown in confidence as he has taken on more responsibility within his role at Mapcargo. What has been the most valuable lesson you’ve learned during your apprenticeship?
“Looking back, the most valuable lesson I’ve learned during my apprenticeship is how important it is to be adaptable and open to feedback. Every task and challenge has helped me improve my knowledge and practical skills, and I’ve learned that asking for guidance and learning from mistakes is an important part of professional development. This experience has also shown me the value of teamwork and managing my time effectively.“
“Completing my apprenticeship has given me much greater confidence in my abilities and how I approach my work. I now take more initiative, solve problems more independently, and feel comfortable taking on greater responsibility.
