We’re absolutely delighted to share that Seetec has been selected as a delivery partner for Connect to Work in Southwark, launching 1st January 2026.
We’ll be delivering Connect to Work in partnership with Pluss, our Community Interest Company, on behalf of Southwark Council and as part of its longstanding Southwark Works service.
Based in the local community, we’ll be supporting people into employment across the borough, making the journey into work feel easier and more personal.
The programme will help people with health conditions, disabilities and other barriers to work, while working closely with local employers to champion more inclusive recruitment practices.
Over the next four years, Connect to Work will provide personalised support to more than 2,000 Southwark residents whose health conditions, disabilities and other complex barriers are preventing them from accessing secure, well-paid jobs. I’m pleased that we have the support of an organisation like Seetec, which has a strong track record in delivering specialist employment programmes, to help us achieve this ambitious goal.
“We look forward to working with Seetec to build on the excellent support Southwark Works has provided over the past 20 years, helping us meet our commitment to build a borough where everyone can live a good life.
Cllr Batteson, Cabinet Member for Climate Emergency, Jobs and Business at Southwark Council
