Seetec has been working closely with CleanTEC to design and deliver a fully bespoke training academy programme tailored to the needs of their managers and future leaders. This customised approach ensures that CleanTEC’s teams have access to first-class training, structured development pathways, and opportunities to gain accredited qualifications.
The partnership also includes expert guidance from Seetec on maximising apprenticeship levy opportunities, including levy gifting, enabling CleanTEC to invest more strategically in skills development across the business.
