As employee-owners, we are fully invested in the success of the people we work with.
In 2023, we worked with tens of thousands of people in hundreds of businesses and communities across the UK and Ireland, helping them to achieve their potential.

Growing our impact
By 2030, we aim to increase our positive impact by increasing the number of people and businesses we support and continuing to improve equality and social impact of our workforce.
We’ve also committed to becoming carbon neutral by the end of the decade.
We are an inclusive and diverse organisation.
Five of the eleven members of our senior leadership team are women and, as seen in our ethnicity pay gap report, people from ethnically diverse backgrounds are strongly represented in our leadership and management teams.
Seetec’s commitment to Employee Ownership
In January 2020 Seetec became employee-owned, giving us, its employees, the responsibility to guide our business and shape its future.
Our goal is to support the communities and individuals we work with to ensure that they succeed and prosper. When they are successful, so are we.
