There are two things that drive Steve in what he does as our Executive Director for Employment at Seetec: The people we serve, and our people who serve.
Steve sees every person who accesses a Seetec service as a valued individual who deserves the very best help to grow and achieve their goals.
He believes that good employment is a crucial human right that can enable almost every person to fulfil their unique potential, be healthier and happier.
In leading our employment teams Steve is fuelled by the opportunity to improve as many lives as we can – he is animated about leadership and being a leader.
He considers it his honour to serve his colleagues to help them achieve.
Steve joined Seetec in October 2024.
In his early career he had followed in his father’s footsteps as a Civil Servant with the then Employment Service, which later became the JCP.
He has since become a highly respected and influential leader in the Employability and Skills sector. He is a proud Fellow of the Institute for Employment Professionals (FIEP)
It was our unique opportunities as an Employee-Owned company that attracted Steve to Seetec – with values and priorities that so closely align with his own, rooted in the communities we serve together.
