This Level 4 qualification is designed to develop a range of project management skills to ensure successful project outcomes, including schedule and resource management, budgeting and cost control, planning and governance and risk and issue management.
Learners will receive an accredited Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification upon completion and be eligible to register as an associate member of the Association for Project Management (APM) when they successfully complete the programme.
