Designed for team leaders, supervisors and aspiring managers, this Level 3 apprenticeship will help develop the skills needed to succeed in a first line management role, including supporting, managing and developing team members, managing workloads, projects and resources or delivering operational plans.
*Learners will receive an accredited Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification upon completion, and will be able to apply for associate membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management when they successfully complete the programme.

* It’s desirable for you to have minimum grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths
* You should be aged 16+
* You should have lived in the UK for the last three consecutive years
Professional recognition and certification:
There are no mandatory qualifications for this programme, although some employers may embed the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 3 Diploma in Management.
You’ll also be able to apply for associate membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management when you successfully complete the programme.
