Level 2 Apprenticeship

This programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to deliver a high standard of customer service while providing safe, accurate and timely deliveries, collections and associated services, such as technical advice on goods and product installation.

The LGV Driver (C+E) programme builds the knowledge and skills needed for driving and delivering goods across all sectors and distances for a range of customers – from private individuals and sole traders through to large global organisations.

This Customer Service Practitioner – Level 2 programme is designed to help you develop the skills you need to deliver high quality customer service, whether from the workplace, digitally or in the customer’s own locality.

This Apprenticeship Credit Controller / Collector – Level 2 apprenticeship would suit individuals working within credit management. Typical duties could include processing credit applications, agreeing credit terms and/or payment arrangements, invoicing, monitoring payment, allocating and reconciling cash and debt support.

As an aviation ground operative you’ll be working in a specialist role to support the safe arrival, turnaround and departure of aircraft.
