As an aviation operations manager you’ll be responsible for managing the environment, facilities and services at airports, military bases, heliports and other airfields to ensure the safe arrival, turnaround and departure of aircraft.

This programme is designed to develop a range of project management skills to ensure successful project outcomes, including schedule and resource management, budgeting and cost control, planning and governance and risk and issue management.
