It connects work, health and skills support, aligning training and job opportunities with real business needs.
Connect to Work offers us a timely opportunity to help employers build more resilient workplaces and tackle local skills shortages while offering tailored and comprehensive support to people who are struggling to find secure and sustainable work for a variety of reasons.
“We’ve pledged to work with our partners to create opportunities for Hampshire to prosper through jobs, skills, and a stronger economy. This funding will enable us to work closely with the business community, tapping into the region’s key industries to open up long-term job opportunities and build career paths that last.
