At Pluss, we work with people who need the most specialist help to find work and achieve a career.
We deliver nationally and locally procured employment programmes on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Local Authorities and the NHS.

Pluss Manufacturing
Pluss has two manufacturing facilities: one in Plymouth and one in Barnstaple in North Devon.
These sites are made up of a long standing, dedicated work force of local people, some of which have been with the organisation for around 30 years.
Each member of the team brings a skill and specialism that contributes to the outstanding craftmanship and quality of the products we make.
Pluss is rated as GOOD by the Merlin Standard for quality and treatment of subcontractors.
