This unique integrated and collaborative project is aimed at young people aged 16-24, who live in Cornwall and are not in employment, education or training (NEET)
The UKSPF Youth Engagement Programme (Yep!) brings together the very best of locally available support, to build confidence, resilience, and competence as they determine their way in the world after secondary education.
Eligibility
To access the USKSPF Youth Engagement Programme you must be aged 16 -24, and not in employment, education or training (NEET).
You may also be eligible if you are considered at risk of becoming NEET and have special education needs (SENS).

- 1:1 mentoring, including bespoke vocational support
Life Skills:
- Money matters support (cost of living, budgeting, debt management)
- Travel training
- Benefit support
- Group sessions and activities
This programme also offer support with costs e.g.: transport, interview clothing, training courses such as CSCS, Food Safety, EFAW

This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
