The People Hub Cornwall is a single point of contact for people in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly aged 16 years or over, seeking to access employment, training and skills support, and establish a clear route to achieving individual goals.
The support you’ll receive from this programme can help remove any barriers preventing you from moving forward on your career journey.
Then, through engaging courses, training and qualifications – alongside confidential advice – we can actively help you overcome the struggle of finding work or moving onto a better job.
Eligibility
To be eligible for support from The People Hub Cornwall you must:
- Be aged 16+
- Reside in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly
- Have the right to work in the UK

People Hub Cornwall is an outreach project delivering across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK Government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025.
The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK by investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills.
