In 2023, we worked with tens of thousands of people in hundreds of businesses and communities across the UK and Ireland, helping them to achieve their potential.

Growing our impact

By 2030, we aim to increase our positive impact by increasing the number of people and businesses we support and continuing to improve equality and social impact of our workforce.

We’ve also committed to becoming carbon neutral by the end of the decade.

We are an inclusive and diverse organisation.

Five of the eleven members of our senior leadership team are women and, as seen in our ethnicity pay gap report, people from ethnically diverse backgrounds are strongly represented in our leadership and management teams.

In January 2020 Seetec became employee-owned, giving us, its employees, the responsibility to guide our business and shape its future.

After being referred to the Restart Scheme by Bournemouth Jobcentre, Jonathan worked with Seetec to rebuild his confidence, refresh his CV and return to work. With practical support and determination, he secured employment and was named Employee of the Week in his first week.
