Ann-Marie Conway

Ann-Marie Conway is the driving force behind Seetec’s employee ownership strategy as the Associate Director of Employee Ownership.

She’s been with Seetec since 1999, starting out as the head of HR, and has a key part of the team that has transformed it from a small regional business into a large, employee-owned organisation.

With a hands-on approach, Ann-Marie works closely with colleagues to ensure that every employee has a voice in shaping the company’s future.

Her leadership has fostered a culture of shared responsibility, helping Seetec not only grow but also serve its customers more effectively.

A seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience, she’s navigated complex organisational changes, led TUPE transfers, and consistently championed employee engagement across various sectors, including retail and financial services.

Throughout her career at Seetec, she’s held multiple senior roles, including HR Director and is a member of Seetec’s Employee Ownership Trust Board and the Group Executive Board.

Her passion for employee ownership is deeply rooted in the belief that none of us is as wise as all of us and Seetec’s makes the biggest impact when we work together to help customers achieve purposeful growth.

She believes that giving employees a stake in the business is a natural extension of Seetec’s values. Beyond her work at Seetec, Ann-Marie has chaired the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) HR Forum and played a key role in projects in Ireland and the UK.

Ann-Marie holds a Humanities degree from the University of Exeter and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of East London.

She’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP).
