John Baumback joined the company as a teenage apprentice, fresh from school – our seventh employee – back in 1984.
Today he’s our Chief Executive Officer, leading an organisation that has helped generations in our communities with a rich history of innovation and inspiration.
In his 40-year career with Seetec, the organisation has expanded from a small regional business in Essex to become a leading voice in our sectors across the UK and Ireland.
John is driven by impact for the people, businesses and communities we work in.
Whether by helping a person achieve positive change in their own life, or assisting a business to grow and impact its local economy, it is his core belief that Seetec’s commitment to unmatched quality in every service we provide is central to our success – past, present and future.
John’s favourite part of his role is getting out to our offices, hubs and communities to connect directly with the people who make Seetec so special – our colleagues and customers.
When representing Seetec on various stages, John informs his commentary on how to secure better outcomes for the people and businesses we work with by our empowered network of employee-owner colleagues.
John takes care to never lose sight of where Seetec came from, or all we’ve learnt and seen along the way, on our path to achieving our future goals together.
