Stuart serves as the Executive Director of Commercial and an employee owner at Seetec, bringing over 25 years of expertise in managing and negotiating complex contracts across the public and private sectors.
In his role, Stuart leads Seetec’s commercial strategy, including legal, compliance, contract management, and health and safety.
His oversight extends to the Project Management Office (PMO), procurement, estates, and facilities, ensuring Seetec’s operations align with strategic goals and high standards.
Stuart is a statutory director of Seetec, our community interest company, and contributes his expertise as a trustee at the Remarkable Group, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering autistic individuals and their families through integrated services and support, reflecting his commitment to making a meaningful social impact.
Previously, Stuart held executive roles with major organisations, including Capita and A4e, where he shaped commercial strategy, led contract negotiations, and implemented operational improvements.
Stuart’s broad experience encompasses the full spectrum of commercial responsibilities, from managing high-value contracts and risk management to project oversight and supplier relationships, making him a pivotal leader in Seetec’s mission to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
