More about this programme

Our internship programme is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to help students thrive in a professional work environment. Interns receive guidance both before and after each day’s work placement, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for the tasks ahead.

Throughout the programme, interns benefit from dedicated job coaches who provide continuous on-the-job support. They will also experience different rotations of ten-week placements across various departments and services, gaining a broad range of skills and insights into different aspects of the organisation.

The ultimate goal of our internship programme is to equip each student with the tools and experience needed to secure competitive employment, either with the host employer or within the wider community. By the end of their placements, they will have developed the skills and confidence to take the next step in their career journey.
