If you’re aged 24+ and live in a devolved location within Peterborough and Cambridgeshire, this programme will help you learn about, and utilise, transferable employability skills.

On this Skills For Work short course you will learn about transferable skills needed for employment, like problem-solving, teamwork and time management.

We also work closely with colleagues at the National Careers Service to develop employability skills and effectively write CVs and application forms.

You will also have the opportunity to prepare for interviews using a mock scenario with feedback.

Eligibility

  • You must live in a devolved location within Peterborough and Cambridgeshire
  • You should either be unemployed or economically inactive
  • We support people aged 24+
  • You should be a UK resident (for a minimum three years) or an asylum seeker/refugee with the right to remain for a minimum of six-months in the UK or part of the Ukraine scheme
  • No previous formal qualifications are required
