Careers Guidance Service goes from strength to strength

Three SEND students stand together smiling in a school classroom.

Since launching in January 2025, our Careers Guidance Service has gone from strength to strength. We are now proudly supporting over 20 schools and thousands of young people with high-quality, impactful careers advice and guidance.

With a strong focus on Gatsby Benchmark 8, we deliver personalised careers guidance through one-to-one sessions and small group interventions, ensuring every student receives meaningful and tailored support. Our employer engagement is a key strength. Through our wide range of employability, training and rehabilitative services across Seetec, we have built strong partnerships with employers — and in Year 2, we are expanding how these relationships directly benefit the schools we work with.

Comprehensive support beyond Gatsby Benchmark 8

In addition to Gatsby Benchmark 8 delivery, we also support schools with:

  • Sourcing meaningful work encounters
  • NEET prevention workshops
  • Year 9 options talks
  • Year 12 careers programmes
  • Parents’ evenings
  • SEND-focused careers support

At Seetec, we understand that every school community is different. That’s why we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of your school and your students, adding real value to your careers programme.
