Careers Guidance Service goes from strength to strength

Three SEND students stand together smiling in a school classroom.

Since launching the Careers Guidance Service in 2025, Seetec has continued to grow, supporting more than 20 schools and over 1,000 students in our first academic year.

With a continued focus on delivering high‑quality careers guidance (Gatsby Benchmark 8), feedback from schools has enabled us to develop both a dedicated SEND offer and a NEET prevention programme to further meet the needs of students.

A key part of Seetec’s unique value is our strong relationships with employers. This will become even more important with the recent changes to the Gatsby Benchmarks and the introduction of Modern Work Experience, both of which place a sharper emphasis on meaningful employer engagement. We believe our employer networks will offer schools significant additional value as these changes take effect.
