Changing Lives. Building Futures. Strengthening Communities.

At Seetec, we believe that employment is about more than just finding a job; it’s about unlocking potential, building confidence, and supporting people on their personal journey to a better future.
That’s why we’re proud to support National Employability Day 2025 – a celebration of the organisations, partnerships, and individuals working tirelessly to help people across the UK into work.
This year’s theme is all about “Working for Everyone”, and that’s something that’s truly at the heart of what we do.
Supporting people from all walks of life
Every day, Seetec helps individuals overcome barriers and take steps towards fulfilling, sustainable employment.
Whether it’s through skills development, health and wellbeing support, vocational training, or self-employment guidance, we tailor our services to meet people where they are, and help them get where they want to be.

Making a difference on Employability Day — and every day
On National Employability Day, we celebrate the resilience of the people we support, the dedication of our teams, and the power of partnerships that make all this possible.
We’re proud of our impact and even prouder of the individuals who’ve trusted us to walk with them on their journey.
In fact, we aren’t only celebrating on the day; our offices are celebrating for almost two weeks! You can discover events near you by visiting our Events Page ➝.
We’re also delighted to welcome several members of Parliament to join us in celebrating the impact of our services. Confirmed visits include:
- Alison McGovern, Minister for Work and Pensions – visiting our Birkenhead office
- MPs from King’s Lynn, Cheshire, Torbay, Norwich, Yeovil, Bromsgrove and Chippenham
- …with many more joining events across the country in the following weeks.
Their support helps us drive forward a national conversation about inclusive employment, skills and opportunity.
Whether it’s a first job, a return to work, or a new career path, we’ll continue to stand beside our people, helping them build the skills, confidence, and support networks they need to thrive.
Employment transforms lives.
