CFO Evolution supports people from their time in custody, through to their return to the community, to achieve successful resettlement and rehabilitation and reduce the risk of reoffending.
This programme offers the chance to learn new skills, take part in activities that will support the personal rehabilitation journey, and spend time with people who understand what it takes to make a change.
We offer tailored support for participants who, due to multiple or complex barriers, are unable to access or fully benefit from mainstream services.
This voluntary provision covers seven key stages and will allow you to:

Gain confidence
Develop clear progression routes
- Serving a custodial sentence with preferably more than three months left to serve (unless on a recall)
- Held on remand
- Completing a post-custody licence/supervision period
- Serving a community order
- Subject to a live case currently progressing through the court system for which you have already submitted a guilty plea
- Being managed via MAPPA
- Listed on the Sex Offender Register (if appearing on nDelius)
- Subject to a life licence
- Resident in Approved Premises
You must also be:
- Over 18 years of age
- Able to live/work in the UK (with or without restrictions)
- Not currently being held in an Immigration Removal Centre
- Voluntary
